Getting Started with OneTruth

OneTruth UI can be used to view the real-time picture of inventory, update the inventory details at different nodes, and assist enterprises in keeping track of their inventory levels and availability changes. To be able to effectively manage and optimize the inventory processes, enterprises can utilize the following tabs available in the UI:

• Inventory Availability: Provides details of the inventory and availability changes of items at different nodes.

• Lock Inventory: Provides a list of all the items and nodes that have been locked by the enterprise.

• Compare Snapshot: Provides a comparison of inventory records between OneTruth and external/source systems, such as warehouse and order management systems.

• Audits: Provides details of the actions that were performed in OneTruth in the form of logs.

• Configuration: Enables you to navigate to the different configuration pages.

  • Infinite Inventory: Allows users to configure infinite inventory and view its details.

  • Walk-In Reserve: Allows users to configure walk-in reserve inventory and view its details at each node.

  • Thresholds: Allows users to configure thresholds and view its details set for different items at each node.

  • Segments: Allows users to configure segments and view its details on the various supply and demand segments.

  • Pre-Orders: Allows users to configure pre-orders and view its details.
