Audits

The Audits page provides enterprises with a view, in the form of logs, of all the actions that were performed in OneTruth in the past.

Viewing Audits

To view your Inventory Audits,

  1. Navigate to the left panel in OneTruth and select Audits.

  2. In order to view the audit records, navigate to the top of the window and enter a transaction date range in the Search bar.

Applying Filters to the Inventory Audits Grid

You can implement filters to showcase solely the audit records of a specific item ID within a certain date range.

To search for and filter items, navigate to the Search bar in the top-left corner and click the Advanced Search Filters icon.

Note: The Advanced Search Filter is configurable, and you can add or remove attributes according to your needs and preferences. However, the Transaction Date Range attribute is mandatory and cannot be removed.

Viewing Inventory Audits

The Inventory Audits window allows enterprises to view the logs of all the actions performed in OneTruth.

To view the inventory audits,

  1. Search for the transaction date range as described above.

  2. The audit logs for the defined date range will be displayed. The table below lists all the displayed attributes along with their descriptions.

Audit Actions

While viewing your audit logs, you can perform the following actions by clicking the relevant icons in the Actions column on the right.

Viewing Inventory Audit Details: This action allows you to view the details of an inventory audit. To view the details, navigate to the Actions column and click the View Details icon. Here you can view the fields for transaction date, item ID, UOM, product class, node, supply/demand type, changed quantity, total quantity, details, and user ID.

Attributes Displayed in the Audit Logs

Attribute

Description

Audit Type

The type of audit taking place for a particular item on a given transaction date. For example, Supply, Demand, and Safety Stock.

Changed Quantity

The change in the quantity of inventory of an item available at a node. This is displayed as an incremental or decremental number, such as +50, +100, -100, and -50.

Item ID

The unique identifier of the item.

Node

Specific stores within the retail chain or network, each with a unique node ID associated with it.

Product Class

A group of products that are related to each other based on their attributes, characteristics, or intended use. For example, first-quality (FQ) products, refurbished (RF) products, etc.

Segment

The audit type determines the relevant segment. For example, a supply audit applies to the supply segment, while a demand audit applies to the demand segment. The data in this column varies based on the type of audit performed.

Total Quantity

The total quantity of inventory of an item available at a node corresponding to the audit type. This is displayed as an absolute number.

Transaction Date

The date and time during which a transaction or a modification in the database record took place.

Transaction Type

The type of inventory-related activities or events that involve the movement, transfer, or adjustment of inventory items within an organization. For example, ON-HAND, OPEN_ORDER, SCHEDULED, RESERVED, ALLOCATED, and SHIPPED.

Unit of Measure (UOM)

A standard used to quantify the amount or quantity of an item.
