Compare Snapshot

The Compare Snapshot page enables enterprises to compare the inventory records in OneTruth with those in the external or source systems, such as warehouse systems or order management systems, and vice versa.

Snapshot Date and Time

The snapshot date and time provided by you will override the snapshot date and time from the uploaded comparison source CSV file. If the snapshot date and time is not provided, then OneTruth will automatically take the one available in the uploaded comparison source CSV file, and use it for comparison.

Source Files

  • The comparison source file used for snapshot comparison may be taken either from a source system, such as an order management system or warehouse management system, or from OneTruth if you want to compare previously recorded data in OneTruth with the current data.

  • Only one comparison source file can be uploaded for snapshot comparison. If you try to upload additional files, then a Warning pop-up window is displayed asking if you want to replace the file that has already been uploaded. Click Yes to proceed with replacing the uploaded file.

Note: If the Compare Snapshot window does not contain any snapshot comparisons, then a message is displayed informing you that there were no comparisons found, and prompting you to create a new comparison by clicking the New Comparison button.
