Lock Inventory
The Lock Inventory page provides details on items and nodes that the enterprise has locked across all supply segments (B2B, B2C, and Common) due to reasons such as natural calamities, holidays, or inventory unavailability. It includes details of active locks (items and nodes currently locked), as well as future locks (scheduled to activate at a later date).
Viewing Lock Inventory
Enterprises can view details of both active locks and future locks and adjust lock dates if required. This feature facilitates efficient inventory management during unforeseen circumstances, ensuring accurate inventory information for customers.
To view the locked inventory,
Navigate to the left panel in OneTruth and select Lock Inventory.
The Lock Inventory window is displayed that lists a summary of the locked items and nodes.
Creating a Lock
The Create Lock capability allows you to lock an item or node across all supply segments, either for a specified date range or indefinitely.
To create a lock for an item or node, navigate to the top-right corner and click Create Lock.
Here you can perform the following actions:
Create a lock at an Item Level
Create a lock at a Node Level
Applying Filters to the Lock Inventory Grid
You can implement filters to showcase solely the items present in a specific node or those that belong to a specific product class.
To search for and filter items, navigate to the Search bar in the top-left corner and click the Advanced Search Filters icon.
Lock Inventory Actions
While viewing your locked inventory, you can perform the following actions by clicking the relevant icons in the Actions column on the right.
Edit Lock Details: This action allows you to modify the date range, reason code, and notes associated with the lock on an item or node.
Unlock Inventory: This action allows you to manually unlock an item or node across all supply segments. Items or nodes can be unlocked manually if the lock end date has not been set, resulting in an indefinite lock, or if the reason for the lock has been resolved.
Downloading and Viewing Lock Inventory Data
OneTruth enables you to download and view locked inventory details for all or selected items.
To download and view the locked inventory data,
Select the items you want to download then navigate to the top-right corner and click Download.
To download data on all the items, click the Ellipsis button adjacent to the Download option and select Download All.
