Pre-Orders Page

The Pre-Orders page provides enterprises with details on items configured with the Do Not Sell Before and Limit ATP Before features. These features allow enterprises to control product availability by setting specific dates and quantities, making them especially useful for managing inventory in scenarios that require precise control over sales timing and limitations.

Viewing Pre-Orders

To view the Pre-order items,

1. Navigate to the left panel in OneTruth and select Configuration > Pre-Orders.

2. In order to view the pre-order inventory, you first need to select the relevant tab for Do Not Sell Before or Limite ATP Before.

Do Not Sell Before Window

The Do Not Sell Before window provides enterprises with details on this configuration's dates and reason codes.

Viewing Do Not Sell Before Window

Enterprises can set up or remove this feature for existing items in the OneTruth database as needed.

To view the Do Not Sell Before inventory,

1. Navigate to the top of the screen and select the Do Not Sell Before tab.

2. Go to the search bar in the top-left corner and enter an item ID to view its details.

Creating Do Not Sell Before Configuration

The Create Do Not Sell Before capability allows you to configure availability restrictions for items based on a specified date range.

To create a new configuration for an item,

1. Navigate to the top-right corner and click Create.

2. In the Create Do Not Sell Before Configuration window, enter the required details in their respective fields.

3. Click Submit in the top-right corner to save the data.

4. If you want to set up multiple Do Not Sell Before configurations, click Submit & Create New to save changes to the current item and create a new one right after.

Applying Filters to the Do Not Sell Before Grid

You can apply filters to display only items with a specific unit of measure (UOM) or Do Not Sell Before date range.

To search for and filter items, navigate to the Search bar in the top-left corner and click the Advanced Search Filters icon.

Note: The Advanced Search Filter is configurable, and you can add or remove attributes according to your needs and preferences. However, the Item IDs attribute is mandatory and cannot be removed.

Do Not Sell Before Actions

While viewing your do not sell before inventory, you can perform the following actions by clicking the relevant icons in the Actions column on the right.

Editing Do Not Sell Before Templates: Currently, OneTruth only supports modifying this configuration through the backend.

Deleting Do Not Sell Before Templates: Enterprises may choose to delete a Do Not Sell Before configuration if it no longer serves a business need or if a change in strategy requires the item to be made available for sale sooner.

Limit ATP Before Window

The Limit ATP Before window provides enterprises with details on items configured with the Limit ATP Before feature. It includes information on Limit ATP Before dates and quantities.

Viewing Limit ATP Before Window

Enterprises can set up or remove this feature for existing items in the OneTruth database as needed.

To view the Limit ATP Before inventory,

1. Navigate to the top of the screen and select the Limit ATP Before tab.

2. Go to the search bar in the top-left corner and enter an item ID to view its details.

Creating Limit ATP Before Before Configuration

The Create Limit ATP Before capability allows you to configure limitations on the availability of items for a specified date range.

To create a new configuration for an item,

1. In the Limit ATP Before window, navigate to the top-right corner and click Create.

2. In the Create Limit ATP Before Configuration window, enter the required details in their respective fields.

3. Click Submit in the top-right corner to save the data.

4. If you want to set up multiple Limit ATP Before configurations, click Submit & Create New to save changes to the current item and create a new one right after.
