Thresholds Page
The Thresholds page enables enterprises to configure thresholds to indicate the stock status of an item, such as in-stock, nearing depletion, reaching the minimum level, or requiring replenishment. Users can configure these thresholds at high, medium, and low levels within OneTruth. Whenever availability exceeds or falls below any boundary, the system publishes an event for consumption by external systems.
Viewing Threshold Templates
The Threshold window provides enterprises with a real-time overview of their existing threshold configuration templates. It offers detailed information about each template, including the items and nodes they are configured for, the assigned priority, and the threshold boundaries set for each template. To view the threshold templates,
Navigate to the left panel in OneTruth and select Configuration > Threshold.
In order to view the threshold templates, navigate to the top of the window and enter an item ID in the Search bar.

To search for and filter items, navigate to the Search bar in the top-left corner and click the Advanced Search Filters icon.
Thresholds Actions
While viewing your thresholds, you can perform the following actions by clicking the relevant icons in the Actions column on the right.
Editing Threshold Configurations: Enterprises have the flexibility to adjust the threshold configuration of a template when shifts in demand or supply affect the inventory strategy for an item.
Deleting Threshold Templates: Enterprises may choose to delete a threshold template when it no longer fulfills a business need or becomes obsolete, and when the configuration of thresholds at a specific level is discontinued due to lack of profitability.
